# Get help

> Where to ask a question about Mishmar, what to put in it, and which questions go to email instead.

Ask in the Mishmar Discord, at [mishmar.io/discord](https://mishmar.io/discord). Post your question in **#support**: each question gets its own thread, so the answer stays where the next person can find it.

## What to put in a question

- The venue, Hyperliquid or Binance, and the agent's name.
- What you ran or clicked, and what you expected to happen.
- The error code and message, as the CLI, the SDK or the console shows them.
- The output of `mishmar version`.

Leave out anything secret. Nobody needs a key, an API secret, a seed phrase or a token to answer a question, and everything in #support can be read by everyone in the server.

## Nobody from Mishmar will DM you first

Mishmar staff answer in the server's channels. We never message you first, and we never ask for a key, a secret, a seed phrase, a sign-in link or a code. Anyone who does is not us: don't answer, and report them in #support.

## Write to support@mishmar.io instead

Some things need your account, so they go to [support@mishmar.io](mailto:support@mishmar.io), from the address you sign in with:

- You've lost every passkey and wallet on your user.
- You want to see, export or delete your information.
- Anything you'd rather not post in public.
